As previously mentioned, a Tempur-Pedic mattress is different then an adjustable bed, however, it’s design and quality provides similar satisfaction and health benefits. No one is debating the high end comfort that the mattresses provide and, of course, you’ll be paying a pretty penny for that comfort. The Tempur-Pedic line of mattresses cost between $1000 and $2000 for the standard setup. The company provides even higher end models for upwards of $3000 depending on the size of the bed desired.

Other than the prices, it’s very hard to find poor reviews of this company. Everyone seems to like them to the point it seems crazy. One note I’ll specifically address is the concept of brand names and copycats. It seems the manufactures of Tempur-Pedic mattress also make the cheaper competitors as well. In essence, the Tempur-Pedic brand name is what is claimed to be the reason for the incredible high prices and this is true. However, the lower-end stuff are cheaper for a reason. The retail markup is surely the same, so while the brand name isn’t of the same ilk as Tempu-Pedic there is still cost cutting done somewhere. Most likely it’s in the manufacturing and the quality.
