Craftmatic is one of the older adjustable bed companies out there in the U.S. market. According to their website they’ve been around for well over 40 years which is quite a feat for a company. You’ll often see the Craftmatic brand selling on infomercials and quick 30 second ads on local advertising markets. Ordering directly through the company is also a possibility as Craftmatic has distributor partnerships in place to ship to customers.

There aren’t that many friendly reviews of the Craftmatic brand of adjustable beds out there on the internet. Some folks have no problems at all, and get the back and joint pain relieve that is spoken about both by doctors in the ads. Unfortunately, those who have issues after short period of time with the bed seem to have the biggest problems. Difficulty to contact the manufacture for repairs and customer service is one of the chief complaints against Craftmatic. Their warranty seems to be pretty flimsy as well. Almost all the negative Craftmatic reviews state that they have trouble returning the product if dissatisfied, which according to the ads should be fine as you get a ten day free trial. This trial period seems to be a farce as the delivery and setup time count against this time.

Those who were satisfied complimented on the delivery process, particularly the people who were sent to set up the bed if you don’t opt to set it up yourself. There were also many claims to the longevity of the product as well. If you like the Craftmatic adjustable beds then it should be good to see that they’ll last for twenty or so years. At least that’s what the reviews claim anyway.

The Craftmatic brand may be one to avoid for consumers, who needs the possibility of headaches dealing with a company. There are other companies that have more positive feedback from consumers out there. Of course, you could be one of the lucky few to really like the their beds, but is it worth the risk?
